Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Hi there,

First, we want you to know that we respect your time!
Second, we’ve gone all out to bring you the best mentors. 
And to keep them, we need to respect their time as well. 

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation up to 24 hours before the session = full refund (minus any payment transfer fees). 

2. Cancellations less than 24 hours and up to 3 hours before a session = 50% refund (minus any payment transfer fees).

3. Cancellations less than 3 hours before the session = no refund. 

Rescheduling Policy:

You may reschedule a session up to 3 hours before the session. 
If you reschedule a session (that has already been rescheduled in the past) less than 24 hours in advance, or reschedule a session for a third time (even if done more than 24 hours in advance) you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
