Hi, I'm Anthony.
I have a diverse experience founded in engineering, law, and finance that provides me with a broad understanding of the issues facing business owners.
My expertise embraces varied roles, including electronic design engineering, an early-stage investor in medical device, life science, high technology, and professional service firms. I am also a board member for family-owned and operated companies and non-profit organizations, including a generic pharmaceutical CMO and a reference laboratory that tests blood for infectious disease, such as Lyme disease.
On the corporate side, I was VP, Business Operations, General Counsel and Secretary and a member of the operating committee of Prime Computer, Inc., and the CFO and VP Administration of a $100 million privately-owned IBM hardware and software reseller with an extensive professional services organization.
For the last ten years, I have worked with small business owners in various consulting roles or as a member of their advisory committee or Board of Directors.
