Executives/Leadership:

I've mentored hundreds of employees and managers from numerous high-tech companies around the world. I help them with challenges such as managing a team, changes at the workplace, being better leaders, new managers, how to grow in their career and advance, communication issues with their colleagues or managers and more.

Career:

I've interviewed over 500 people and helped many successfully find a job. Today's market is the toughest it's ever been and getting a job is time consuming, frustrating and difficult. I help people improve the entire process, beginning with focusing their goals, improving their C.V.s, improving their application process and how they interview.

Startups:

I've been selected as a "Leading Advisor" on startups.com and received "Top Mentor" awards from numerous other mentoring platforms.

I hold a master’s degree in Business Law and am a licensed Mediator & Lawyer and have been accompanying startups as a mentor for over a decade. In 2014 I established the IDC Legal Clinic for Start-ups.

I help startups with ideation, market validation / research, MVP planning, establishing a team, fundraising / pitch deck and much more.

Public Speaking

I've been giving workshops and teaching for the past decade and have received numerous awards for excellence in teaching. I give courses on “Entrepreneurship 101” and “International Business Negotiations” at numerous leading universities around the world.

I used to think that teaching/talks was about transferring knowledge! It's not, it's about giving an experience.
