This Policy does not apply to any of our other services unless stated otherwise.
By accessing and using the Site and its’ services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the provisions as set hereunder in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site or any of its services.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use (“TOU“) which also apply to the Site. This Policy does not apply to other websites that post different statements, regardless of whether or not the Site links to them or not.
1. NO USERS UNDER 18.
You must be 18 years old or older to use the Site. If you are under 18, please refrain from using the Site and/or from providing us with any information. We do not knowingly collect information from users under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18 years old, we will use reasonable efforts to delete such information.
We may terminate your account if we find that you are younger than the Permitted Age and/or if we did not receive Parental Consent. We may at any time request additional information to confirm your age.
2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT
We collect the following information so that we can provide you with our service:

In order to surf/view the Site you do not need to provide any personally identifiable information. Nevertheless, the Site will track and collect anonymous information such as Cookies and other general information such as your browser type (for more on this please see the “Anonymous Information Automatically Collected” and “Cookies” sections here below).
Required information: If you choose to enjoy the services provided on the Site, for example scheduling a session with a mentor (“Mentor”), you will be required to provide the following information, which is governed by this Policy: your full name, email address, phone number, billing address, country, username (if you open a profile) payment method (but NOT specific payment details), and information about sessions that you’ve booked, including when it was booked, for which date, with which Mentor, which service, if you cancelled or rescheduled and how much was paid. Additionally, we may receive other information that you directly give us on our Site (for example if you open a profile and/or if you leave a review), or if you send it to us (for example when you contact us by email and/or through our contact form and/or WhatsApp, and/or when you connect to the Site through other third-party services such as Facebook and Google – if your account settings on those Sites allow this). - Information collected from Mentors: in addition to the information mentioned in section 2.1 above, if you register as a Mentor, you will also be required to provide, and we will collect, an updated photograph and video of yourself, a username, examples of reviews that you’ve received, professional certificates, tax information and receipts (when you receive payment from us) and some content about your professional background, including information about your experience, training, certification etc. You do not have to provide this information, but without it you may not be accepted as a Mentor on the Site, receive payment or be able to do additional actions.
Synchronizing your Calendar: Additionally, you will be required to synchronize your Google and/or Outlook Calendar to the Site, so that our booking system will not offer time slots in which you are already busy and so that sessions booked, cancelled, or rescheduled will appear in your calendar. For the removal of doubt, we cannot see the content of your calendar (except for sessions booked through the Site), and we do not use it in any way except for the above purpose. - Information We Get from Others.
We may get information about you from other sources, for example, other users or social Sites (such as Facebook), with which you connect to the Site (if your account settings on those Sites allow this). - Anonymous Information Automatically Collected.
We automatically log anonymous information about you and the device (computer, mobile phone etc.) you use when using the Site in order to improve our services and your experience. For example, when visiting our Site, Google Analytics will log your device’s operating system, browser type, browser language, and other general statistical information. Google Analytics Privacy Policy. Additionally, we collect anonymous screen recordings of your visit on our Website to ensure functionality of essential website features. This information is masked and we cannot see any personally identifiable information (see more in section 4 below – sharing of personal information). - Cookies.

We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. for example, cookies help store your username when you login so that you don’t have to insert this information every time.

Please note that if you remove or reject our cookies, it could affect how our Site works for you and/or prevent you from being able to access/use certain features.
This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by third parties, advertisers and/or partners on our Site. - Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent (depending on the applicable law), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Nevertheless, it’s important to note that withdrawing consent will not impact the legality of any data processing that occurred before the withdrawal of your consent. Furthermore, if permissible under relevant laws, data processing based on lawful grounds other than consent will remain. Additionally, for purposes such as fraud prevention, issue resolution, investigation support, enforcement of legal terms, and compliance with applicable laws, certain information might be kept in our records.

- When you provide your consent. For example, if you open a profile on the Site (when applicable), or if you register as a Mentor (and are approved), then we will share your profile picture, personal video, professional background, reviews and ratings (that you received) etc.
- When we do a business deal, or negotiate a business deal, involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets. These deals can include any merger, financing/funding, acquisition, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.
- For legal, protection, and safety purposes, for example:
- To comply with laws.
- To respond to lawful requests and comply/respond with/to legal processes.
- To protect the rights and property of the Company, its agents, our users and others. This includes enforcing our agreements, policies, and TOU.
- In an emergency. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our users, or any person.
- If there is reasonable doubt about the user’s age in order to confirm their age.
- We may also share general aggregated and/or anonymized data with others for their own uses. This information does not personally identify you.
- With third party service providers in order to provide you with specific services and/or features, for example, but not limited to:
- Paypal – to enable payments, the Site uses PayPal. PayPal requires that you to provide your full name, email address, phone number, billing address and PayPal account details or your Credit/Debit card details. You are not obligated to provide this information to PayPal. We do not receive or have access to any confidential information such as your PayPal access information or your credit card details. - WhatsApp – you may choose (but do not have to) to chat with us via WhatsApp (owned by Meta). WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
- Users – if you are a Mentor on the Site and a user schedules a session with you, that user will receive your full name, the type of service scheduled, and in some cases a link to your profile on the Site and your contact details (in most cases your email address).
- Site Mentors – if you (as a user) schedule a session with a Mentor, the Site will share the following information with the Mentor: your full name, the type of service that you booked (including the price) and in some cases your email address.
- Microsoft Clarity – we use Clarity to record users interactions on the Website to ensure that key features and functions of the Website are working. The recordings do not contain any personally identifiable information. Clarity’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft) – if you are a registered (and approved) Mentor on the Site, you will be requested to connect your Google/Outlook calendar in which case the Site will share with Google / Outlook Calendar information regarding sessions booked with you. This will include the information mentioned here above under “Site Mentors”. Google’s Privacy Policy. Microsoft’s Privacy Policy. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- If you are a registered (and approved) Mentor, we may publicly share some of your identifiable information, for example your name and photograph for the purpose of promoting both your services and the Site’s services on various third-party platforms.
- We may share (on the Site and other online platforms) reviews given to Mentors with mention of the family name of the user giving the review.
Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by third-party service providers with which we work and/or provide you with the Services on the Site (such as the ones listed above). We recommend that you review their privacy policies to understand how they collect, use, share and store your personal information, and how you can adjust your privacy preferences if needed.
5. Sharing information with mentors
The Mentors on the Site are independent service providers and NOT employees and/or agents and/or representatives of the Site or the Company. Although we use reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of the Mentors listed (both before permitting them to join and after they have been listed), we cannot guarantee their suitability (to provide the service that you requested), and/or their professional or personal background. Additionally, we do not govern their privacy practices and therefore advise that you always use common sense and only share information that you feel comfortable sharing. In any case, you are NOT obligated to share any personal information and do so at your own risk.
6.Using Third Party video-call software
The sessions are done through one of the known video-calling platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom and not via our Site. These platforms have their own privacy policies, and we advise you to view them before using the relevant platform: Zoom Privacy Policy / Google Meet Privacy Policy.
7. International users
Our main office is in the state of Israel. If you use the Site outside of Israel, please note that some of your information may be saved, stored, and processed in Israeli databases and will be governed by Israeli law. By using the Site you give your consent to the above and to any provisions under applicable data storage and usage laws in Israel.
8. International Transfer of information
Due to the fact that some of the services are provided by third parties located in various locations worldwide (for example, our hosting company), your information may be transferred to, and stored on, computers located at these other countries – outside of your country or legal jurisdiction (the “Transfer“). Additionally, the privacy laws of these countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our services and/or providing us with your personal information, you are giving us your consent to this Transfer.
9. SOCIAL SHARING FEATURES
Our services may integrate with third party social applications and/or services such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. (the “Social Apps“). These Social Apps let you share information and actions that you take on our Site, on the Social Apps. For example, an action you take on our Site may be published on Facebook – if your account has been set-up this way. Please check your privacy settings in your profile on the Site (if applicable), and the settings and privacy policies of the relevant Social Apps for more information about how they handle the data you share through them.
10. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
Your personal information is protected in several ways. For example, access to your account and personal information is available only through a password and unique username/user ID selected by you (or the password and username selected on the Social App through which you logged in). Additionally, your personal information is stored on secured servers of well-known third party service providers, and only selected personnel have access to.
By creating an account, you agree to keep your password and username in strict confidence and not disclose such information to any third party. Should you feel that your password or account has been compromised, please let us know immediately.
Although we use industry standard security measures to protect your personal information so that it is not made available to unauthorized parties, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure and any information you provide is your sole responsibility and subject to this Policy and our TOU.

By signing up to our Site, you agree to receive emails with promotional content related directly or indirectly to our services, including, for example, service suggestions and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners. You can opt-out of these communications at any time using the ‘unsubscribe’ link provided in them, or by contacting us by return email or via our contact page, after which we will no longer send you promotional emails. We may still send you non-commercial emails which are necessary in order to provide you with the services..
13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Some web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting that you can turn on, signaling your request for privacy to third party websites. Due to the fact that there isn’t a standard method of technology for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, we currently do not respond to DNT browser signals, or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If such mechanisms are adopted, we will attempt to make the necessary changes, in which case we will inform you of the change to our policy.
14. SPECIFIC RIGHTS OF CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS.

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
This Policy may be changed occasionally. If we make any substantial changes, we may notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided, and/or by posting notice of the changes on our Site. Any changes will be effective upon the earlier of ten (10) calendar days following our email or ten (10) calendar days following our posting of the notice on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Site. Continued use of our Site following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

Verification process
If you submit a request, we will first require verification of your identity in order to determine that you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. This verification process involves us asking you for information so that we can tie it with information that we have about you or that you previously provided us with.
The information requested for verification will only be used for the verification process and if possible we will avoid, or limit, the information needed for such verification process. Once verificed, we will delete any additional information that you provided to us, unless legally required to keep it.
